1. In this class we shall learn how to write short papers in English. We shall concentrate on two topics: describing things, and writing a CV. During class we shall work on short passages and learn how to write them. There will be homework, usually a short one-page work for each lesson. There will be a longer work at the end of each term.
   
2. evaluation:
   (1) Evaluation in this class will depend on a number of things.
   (2) attendance. Students must attend regularly
   (3) class work. Students must work in class, participate in discussions.
   (4) Homework. Students must submit the assignments on time.
